Security
We protect the information under our control from loss, misuse and alteration. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
Your account
You can update your contact details in your account, email info@premiumvoicerecordings.com, or call 866-989-MUSIC.
We email you to confirm orders, to tell you when recordings are ready, and to answer your requests. We never share your information with third parties without your permission.
Changes to practices and pricing
If we make material changes to our practices or prices, we'll post them here.
Cancellations and refunds
Recordings can't be returned for a refund. To cancel, call 866-989-MUSIC right away and we'll do our best to stop the order before production starts. Once production starts, the order can't be refunded. If we deliver a recording with an error on our part, we'll redo it right away.
