Premium Voice Recordings (PVR) has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We accept credit card payments online using secure servers and encryption. Your purchases, credit card information, and personal data are encrypted and secured through our commerce server. Your information is encrypted while in transmission to prohibit viewing by a third party.
From time to time, you may choose to alter your contact information, credit card number, or designated contact. You can make these changes online at www.premiumvoicerecordings.com in the client account area. You may also email us for help at email@example.com. Please include account number in the subject line. Or, you may call us at 866-989-MUSIC.
PVR uses email communication to confirm you placed an order, to inform you when your recordings are ready for download, to send you information that you have requested and for a variety of other reasons. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit permission.
Changing Practices and Pricing
If we make material changes to our information handling practices, price or other privacy aspects, we will post those changes on this privacy statement and inform all subscribers of the PVR service via the contact email on record.
Credit Card Processing
We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Personal Information on Termination of Account
When your PVR account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant PVR databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to enforce our licensing agreements.
Return Policies and Satisfaction Guarantees
All voice recordings and audio productions may not be returned for refund. To cancel an order immediately, call 866-989-MUSIC. We will in good faith try to stop the order before it enters the production process. Once the requested and ordered production has been processed there is no refund opportunity. If a recording is delivered with an error and fault of PVR, we shall reproduce immediately to your satisfaction. Satisfaction is to be determined by the standards and best-practices recognized in the audio production industry.
Premium Voice Recordings is owned and operated by MusicWorks, Inc. a New York City Corporation. The prevailing party in any dispute or legal proceeding shall be entitled to an award of its reasonable attorneys’ fees. The parties agree that all disputes shall be construed according to the laws of the State of New York and the parties do hereby subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New York, County of New York with respect to disputes arising under out of this Terms of Service document.
